Many of you know the famous Salehe Bembury, VP to the Versace's menswear footwear, as the man that has brought a new level of diversity to the shoe game. This weekend he was interrupted with the sad reality of being black while in Hollywood as he deals with his recent encounter with local police officers in Beverly Hills.
This issue is a real problem in the black community and he reports that by stating in his caption "I'm okay.. my spirit is not". Thousands of black people are dealing with these adversities everyday and he will be in my prayers.
