FIX IT JESUS!! Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse! An announcement has just been made that there will be no tax refund checks issued while the government shutdown is in effect! IRS now lacks funding and under the shutdown plan, is only operating with about 1 in 8 employees (12.5%) according to @wsj. God willing the shutdown will be resolved before January 29th, when the IRS starts accepting payments!
