Daley nephew pleads not guilty in Gold Coast death
Former Mayor Richard M. Daley's nephew, Richard Vanecko, appeared in a Chicago court on a charge of involuntary manslaughter Monday, but there are questions about the judge assigned to the case.
Vanecko pleaded not guilty Monday in the 2004 death of David Koschman.
