Pop singer Katy Perry has cleared the air on her stance toward Chief Keef after the teenage rapper hopped onto Twitter to throw insults and threaten her Thursday
Quick to apologize, Perry let Keef know she did not mean any disrespect by publicly singling out his "Hate Being Sober" track.
"Mr. Keef! I'm sorry if I offended you. I heard a lot of people guesting on the song & didn't even know it was you in particular. Actually...," she tweeted May 23rd.
"I'm a fan of your "Don't Like" video tbh. I was really just having a general opinion on our generations desire to be constantly intoxicated."
"Believe me, I'm a lover not a hater. x" (Katy Perry's Twitter)
Rather than hit Perry up personally, Chief went off on the singer and even threatened to assault her hours prior.
"Dat ***** Katy Perry Can Suck Skin Off Of my ****," Keef tweeted May 23rd.
"Ill Smack The ****out her ?"
"New Song Katy Perry Coming Soon" (Chief Keef's Twitter)
The tweets reportedly came from Katy questioning Keef's "Hate Being Sober" track.
"Just heard a new song on the radio called "I hate being sober" I now have serious doubt for the world.," she tweeted May 21st. (Katy Perry's Twitter)
In September of last year, Atlanta, Georgia rapper Soulja Boy was accused of crashing his Bentley into another car. A subsequent lawsuit alleged that the longtime Interscope Records artist caused vehicle, medical and other financial damages, along with defamation.
Nine months later, Soulja Boy and his Bentley are in the headlines again. TMZ.com reports that Soulja Boy's luxury coupe was photographed by police on January 9 in Los Angeles, California, causing a collision with a motorcyclist due to negligence on the car-driver's part. At the time of the accident, the car fled the scene.
After a search warrant was obtained and probable cause, Soulja's car was impounded. There is no word yet of a trial. TMZ has additional information concerning the LAPD's use of these hidden cameras.
Not only does Charles Ramsey have a burger named after him, but he can now access the go-to meal free of charge, for life. Ramsey and his Big Mac famously aided in the rescue of three kidnapped women, and the good karma has come back his way.
According to the Cleveland Plain Dealer a local restaurant where Ramsey once worked as a dishwasher, honored the hero by naming a burger in after him, and now other Cleveland-area eateries have stepped it up a notch. Ramsey will receive free burgers for life at more than a dozen restaurants.
