Terror Squad leader Fat Joe is reportedly a free man once again after beginning a four-month sentence last summer on a tax-related conviction
New footage of Joey Crack surprising his daughter has surfaced online this Thanksgiving.
Earlier this year, Fat Joe was sentenced to four months in prison, a $15,000 fine, and a year of supervision after his release for tax evasion. According to the original report, "Joe owed $718,038 in back taxes from 2007 through 2010 but in the end, he only pleaded guilty for the two years. The report also claimed Joe made $1.18 million in 2007, more than $1.28 million in 2008, more than $265,000 in 2009, and more than $630,000 in 2010." On August 26 of this year, Joe turned himself in to Miami's Federal Detention Center to serve his four months. Today, according to an Instagram post by "All I Do Is Win" producer DJ Nasty, Joe has been released early--right in time for Thanksgiving dinner! There are no other details at this time. Sources close to Lozada tell us ... she's been seeing a guy for almost a year now and the relationship has gotten serious.
We're told ... the pregnancy was planned -- it's not a case of the whoops! And until now only a small number of relatives were privy to the news.

Charlie Sheen single-handedly organized and paid for a cancer patient's greatest wish -- to hang with the actor.
Marion Minchuk is a cancer patient who has been told he has a month to live. Marion got in touch with Charlie's people and asked if there was any way he could meet him before he died.
Charlie invited Marion to L.A. ... he lives in Arizona. Charlie paid for 3 first class tickets -- for Marion, his GF and his nurse. He put them up at the Presidential Suite and the Universal Hilton.
Charlie took the 3 to the set of "Anger Management" where Marion got to sit in Charlie's chair -- it's a thing on the show.
Charlie then took Marion to his home, where a chef made lunch for the group and they went to the screening room to watch "Gravity."
Charlie signed an "Anger Management" script and signed a DVD of "Wall Street."
Marion was beyond excited
Ludacrishas donated $50,000 to help the victims of the deadly typhoon which battered the Philippines earlier this month.
The rapper’s pledge will benefit officials at the mGive Foundation, who are distributing money to five non-profit agencies.
A statement from Ludacris, reads, “Typhoon Haiyan has hurt so many people. If we can give what we are able to help the families who have been devastated by this tragedy, we can all make a difference. You don’t need to be an entertainer to help…
“The world is made up of many voices, but we are one community… We are a community of action, helping our fellow world citizens in their time of need. Suffering knows no borders. Our charity and compassion can stretch across the sea.”
Typhoon Haiyan ravaged the Asian nation, claiming the lives of over 5,200 people and leaving thousands homeless.
In addition to his generous donation, the rapper is getting into the Thanksgiving spirit by giving away turkeys, collard greens and sweet potatoes to 250 families in Atlanta through his The Ludacris Foundation.
He says, “This is the foundation’s 11th year giving away turkeys and distributing food boxes for Thanksgiving. I especially look forward to this time of year because it allows me to directly touch the people we are trying to help. If we all pitch in, we can help families who have unfortunately been overwhelmed by a hurting economy and possible joblessness.
“Collectively we can make a huge difference – you don’t need to be an entertainer or rich to help! Just do something small – something that says that they are not forgotten – something that says they are not alone.”
He’s not the only music star digging deep this Thanksgiving – Rihanna has also pledged $100,000 to the typhoon relief effort in the Philippines.
TLC who signed to L.A. Reid's Epic Records only four months ago, has reportedly has been dropped. The duo inked the deal to release their greatest hits compilation "20", and their latest single, “Meant To Be.” TLC confirmed to MTV back in October, that an album was on the way, and set to release in 2014 a few days after the release of their movie “CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story.” Keep in mind L.A. Reid is the ex hubby of Pebbles who is having a public feud with the ladies about her portrayal in the movie. You can't rule out the fact that Pebbles may be pulling some strings, in time we sha'll see. Rumors of the group being dropped from the label stem from TLC's fan page(OfficialTLCNews) when they posted:
