Our youth are really in danger. Apparently two young boys, one 11 and the other 7, tried to commit an adult crime. The Portland, Oregon police stated that the boys attempted to carjack a woman while she was waiting in the parking lot of a church. In addition to that the 11 year old had a gun. Luckily no one was hurt. Even though the boys were arrested they were released due to their young age. Charges are being made but have yet taken any action.
