Jordan Russell Davis, a 17 year old young man, was shot and killed in Jacksonville because he and his friends were playing their music too loud in their car while at a gas station. Michael Dunn is the 45 year old man who shot Davis eight or nine times. According to Dunn after having a verbal altercation with Davis he felt threatened so he then pulled out his gun. He did so in justification under the "Stand your ground law" which states that a person can result to deadly action if they are in a situation which they feel threatened.  To read more click here.
