Brian Urlacher has been fined $21,000 for a horse-collar tackle on Seattle Seahawks' Leon Washington during last week's game. This is the second time in a row that the heavy duty linebacker has been fined for misconduct on the field. Just two weeks ago Urlacher took it to Minnesota running back Adrian Peterson. Although, fines aren't the reason why the all star player won't be in next weeks game. The injured Urlacher has to sit down for a bit until his strained hamstring heals. Here hoping the Bears can carry-on with out him!
